The Solid Waste Services Department offers a Dial-A-Truck program to residential customers who have an active sanitation account with the City of Fort Smith. This program allows a custome to call and schedule a pick up of large bulky items, including, but not limited to:

• Appliances
• Couches
• Tables
• Chairs
• Mattress

Items that the Dial-A-Truck cannot pick up are:

• Bagged or boxed items
• Glass
• Mirrors
• Loose trash
• Construction debris
• Tires.

This service is available once every 3 months for up to 5 items for no additional fee. More service is available with an additional charge.

Items should not be placed near mailboxes, gas meters, under trees or power lines, etc.
