Fort Smith Click & Fix is the City’s official issue reporting and service request app. Whether it’s a pothole, streetlight outage, drainage concern, or other non-emergency issue on City property, Click & Fix lets you submit a request in minutes and track progress from start to finish.

How it works:

1. Choose the issue type
2. Add a photo and location
3. Submit and track progress online
   

Click & Fix allows you to see when your request is received, routed to the appropriate department, and resolved.

 Common issues you can report include:

• Debris in the public right-of-way
• Drainage issues
• Missed trash collection
• Potholes and street concerns
• Streetlight outages
• Traffic signs and signals

 Do not use Click & Fix for:

• Emergencies (call 911)
• Issues on private property
