How to Find Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs) for Fort Smith

1. Visit the ADEQ SSO Search Page: https://www.adeq.state.ar.us/water/enforcement/sso/data.aspx
   
   
2. Enter the Permit Number
   Under Facility/Permit Information, enter the permit number for the area you want to search:
   • P Street Basin: AR0033278
   • Massard Basin: AR0021750
     
     
3. Select the Overflow Type
   Under Overflow Incident Type, check:
   • Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO)
     
     
4. Choose Your Date Range
   Under Date/Time Overflow Range:
   • Enter a start date in Date Overflow Began
   • Enter an end date in Date Overflow Ended
     
     
5. Run the Search
   Click the blue Search button to view results

Helpful Tips:

• Only one permit number can be searched at a time.
• Date ranges can be as short or long as needed.
• Results will appear at the bottom of the ADEQ page after searching.
