Colton Pace, City Prosecuting Attorney 

Colton Pace serves as the City Prosecutor, a role he began in September 2024. Pace holds a law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. Prior to this position, he served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney with the 12th Judicial Circuit in Fort Smith and currently serves as President of the Sebastian County Bar Association.
