The City Communications Office shares information about city services and programs. The staff works with city departments, The City Administrator, and the Board of Directors to tell the city’s story. We inform residents and visitors using a wide variety of communications channels:

• Follow us on social media, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Read the latest news releases. Sign up for news releases, newsletters and other emailed information.
• Watch our city government channel, Cox Channel 214, with coverage of City Council meetings, special events and original programming.
• Sign up for Alerts and Updates to receive text messages to warn you of severe weather, public safety issues, broken water mains or closed streets in your neighborhood. We coordinate with several departments to provide this service.
