The City of Fort Smith is undertaking a comprehensive Master Plan for the Former Acme Brick Company Property (111 acres located near the geographic center of the city) to guide its transformation into a signature public space and critical stormwater management resource. This planning effort will establish a clear vision, goals, programmatic needs, and implementation strategies that will help the City responsibly steward the site, advance flood mitigation efforts, and create a space that reflects the community’s values and aspirations.
