The Human Resources department processes personnel applications; manages the employee insurance and works' compensation benefit plans and risk management programs; manages and provides training and safety programs; and coordinates civil service policy and administration.
The City of Fort Smith utilizes an Online Application System for you to apply for specific job openings.
