Building Board of Adjustments and Appeals Contact   Jimmy Deer, Building Official Phone: 784.2206 Fax: 784.1030 Email: Email Download Application   The Board has the authority to hear appeals from any aggrieved person or the head of any agency of the City which takes an appeal from any decision of the building official authorized to enforce the Arkansas Fire Prevention Code. The Board of Adjustments and Appeals may vary the application of any provision of the code to any particular case when, in its opinion, the interpretation of the building official should be modified or reversed. Members of the Building Board of Adjustments and Appeals are appointed by the Board of Directors for four-year terms. The Board shall consist of one architect, one general contractor or engineer, and three members at large from the building industry. The Board meets on call.
